Rocket completes Redfin deal, announces Rocket Preferred Pricing

Rocket Companies announced on Tuesday the completion of its acquisition of Redfin after Rocket announced in March it agreed to purchase the digital real estate brokerage in an all-stock transaction valued at $1.75 billion in equity.
