TorontoRealtyBlog When I sold my first condo back in 2009, I had no problem including all of my patio furniture in the sale, since I was moving to a new condo with an even bigger patio, and I had already purchased new furniture. The point I’m making is this: once the sale closes, the buyer has zero leverage, right or wrong.
