CoStar CEO Andy Florance is the next leader to speak out after Zillow announced that beginning in May, any property publicly marketed must be entered into a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) within 24 hours or risk not being published on Zillow or Trulia. eXp Realty and NextHome were quick to show support for Zillow.
