It’s an exaggeration. How about something serious, like maybe a look back at “Mortgage Comments” on MLS listings in the 1990’s? – I love when listing agents include the artist’s renderings on the MLS listing instead of actual photos of the unit. The best I’ve seen in a long, long time.

Yes, there’s a fine line between “marketing” and “exaggerating,” and my critics will undoubtedly comb through the MLS archives looking for instances where I’ve overplayed my real estate hand. The word “rare” is used all the time on MLS. The post MLS Exaggerations!

If you browse MLS, you’re bound to find examples of this novel concept. Not sure if this is exaggerated or not, but I like it: – Do any of you know the late comedian Mitch Hedberg? It’s one of those blogs that upon clicking “Publish” the night before, I just know the next day is going to be tumultuous.
