TorontoRealtyBlog Not even one comment about the new blog? And nobody noticed that Monday’s blog extended into Wednesday and that I posted on Thursday instead. This was both a function of launching the new version of Toronto Realty Blog, as well as TRREB releasing the September stats on Wednesday instead of Tuesday.

Do you remember my story about the January TRREB stats, and how in the first week of February, agents were all waiting with bated breath to find out what the ‘new’ average home price was? In both cases, I can say, “We knew the stats would be crazy , but we didn’t realize just how crazy they’d be.”

One thing I can honestly say that I do not remember is exactly how long I stood on the edge before I finally stepped off and jumped. It’s just never a certainty that the market “feel” lines up perfectly with the market data, so I was excited to dive into the TRREB numbers as soon as they hit. Five minutes?
