In Monday’s blog, I noted that there are some Victorian mansions on Jarvis Street regularly for sale for $10M – $20M, but nobody can buy those buildings at that price, to keep them in their current form. I also love the idea about a “province-wide legal agreement” but I wonder how developers would fall into line here.
