I’ve often mused on this blog that there’s nothing I love more than watching a movie I’ve seen a dozen times! But so too was my original title for today’s blog: Expect The Expected. The weird thing though – it was exactly two years ago as I used this title for the TRREB stats in June.

When I wrote about the September TRREB stats last Wednesday, I noted that while the average home price is up 18.3% I’m honestly afraid to step on the scale. Then again, if fear were a true concern, I wouldn’t have had mashed potatoes and stuffing, smothered with gravy, as a “meal” on Sunday night.
