Further out, suburban areas begin to lose value as homebuilders continue to overbuild because new construction timelines are longer. But the experienced investor knows that the real estate market cycle is likely to continue to recede as more shadow inventory comes onto market. This will further increase inventory.

Total sales (closed) during July increased 35.4 Data released by Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island), showed that overall closed sales in March increased 15.8 percent to 1,148 closed sales compared to 991 closed sales in March 2019.
