The statewide data on residential homes from the 42 regional listing boards that comprise the Michigan Association of Realtors show that the average sales price increased 11.79 The median home price in Michigan went up from $219,549 to $245,439. A new high-water mark is being set in the number of sales in many Michigan communities.
