NAR’s silence on lawsuits frustrates agents

The pro-business lobbying group filed an amicus brief in a federal appellate court supporting the National Association of Realtors (NAR) this past Friday. A federal judge’s ruling that lets hundreds of thousands of housing consumers partake in a class action lawsuit against NAR is “an issue of concern to the nation’s business community.”
