Builders are not building housing. For the last 10 years, the annual rates of new homes has averaged just 197,000. Think about that, for a moment. What would happen if you picked an entire mine, clean ? Except that I don’t see it happening, and as time goes on throughout 2024, I see the conditions getting far worse. I get it.
