COLDWELL BANKER REALTY NAMES CHRIS JENSEN AS PRESIDENT OF SOUTHWEST REGION
Jensen To Oversee Company Operations in Arizona, Colorado and Utah
Phoenix (April 1, 2022) — Coldwell Banker Realty announced today that Chris Jensen has been named president of the Southwest Region of Coldwell Banker Realty, overseeing the operations of the Arizona, Colorado and Utah companies, which serves approximately 3,600 sales professionals in 42 real estate offices across all three areas.
Jensen began his career in real estate in 1990, quickly becoming a top-producing agent before earning his broker’s license. He opened his own brokerage in Northern Utah in 1995, expanding the branch to 54 agents in two locations. Jensen was brought in as a managing broker for Coldwell Banker in South Ogden and expanded the small office to nearly 100 agents. He also managed the company’s Park City office. In 2011 Jensen was named president of the company owned Coldwell Banker in Utah. He extended his leadership over Coldwell Banker Realty in Colorado in 2021.
As a lifelong resident of Utah, Jensen earned his associate degree from Weber State University. He enjoyed many years as a professional mogul skier, was a member of the United States Freestyle Ski Team and won the World Professional Mogul Skiing Championships in Vail, Colorado, in 1988. Jensen continues to enjoy skiing, along with biking, fishing and sailing with his family.
Jensen is joined by Jim Bowman and JJ Swanson, the current regional vice presidents of Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona, who will continue to support the company in this capacity serving the approximately 1,450 sales professionals in 21 real estate offices in this region. Current president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Greg Hollman, is stepping aside from his position after a celebrated career spanning nearly 28 years and will remain with the company in an advisory role.
