There are six units in the Housing Development Fund Corporation (HDFC) co-operative at 231 Maujer Street, a 19th century walk-up building.

The railroad apartment has windows at the front and rear of the space with two windowless rooms in between. The windowed street-facing room is set up as a living room with two windows, a ceiling fan, and built-in shelves.

At the rear of the unit, the kitchen doesn’t include a dishwasher, but does have a fair number of cabinets and has room to place a desk near the window for a work-from-home space.

The updated bathroom has a clawfoot tub, white subway tile walls, and a black and white hex-tile floor.

The listing notes the building is pet friendly, has a new laundry room and storage space, and allows 90 percent financing. Maintenance for the unit is $806 per month.
