RealTrends Emerging Leader Griffin Riddle joins The Agency Denver

Griffin Riddle will continue to hold a real estate license in both Colorado and California

RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand- ranked real estate agent Griffin Riddle recently joined The Agency Denver. Griffin is ranked No. 168 in the individuals by sales volume.

Riddle will continue to hold a real estate license in both Colorado and California, because he is an agent at boutique luxury global brokerage The Agency in Los Angeles as well.

For Riddle, real estate is a family affair. His great grandmother was the first woman in Los Angeles to own and operate her own real estate brokerage. His mother and grandmother are real estate investors, and his uncle was one of LA’s top producing agents for more than 17 years, according to a statement from the company.

His career in real estate began in 2014 when he joined Keller Williams Realty as an agent, in the east Bay Area. He then joined Halton Pardee + Partners as an agent, before moving on to The Agency. He operates in Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice, Malibu, Beverly Hills and Bel Air, in LA.

Among his other accolades include the 2022 Inaugural RealTrends Emerging Leaders ranking, Los Angeles Business Journal’s “The List,” top office producer from The Agency’s Brentwood Office and the Chairman Award winner from The Agency. Forbes also deemed Riddle one of the top six millennial power brokers in the country.

Among his most notable sales are 126 North Rockingham, where he represented both the buyer and seller and which sold for almost $24 million. He also represented sellers in homes like 1350 Capri that sold for $20 million, 456 North Carmelina that sold for almost $14 million and 841 Toulon Drive that sold for another $14 million. He represented the buyer in 12834 Highwood Street that sold for $15 million.

His current listings include 101 Foxtail, Santa Monica, that was listed for $8 million and is in escrow and 1741 Correa Way in Brentwood and is currently off-market.

Riddle also sold a new construction home in LA for around $24 million, representing both the buyer and the seller.
