RE/MAX Premier team joins Coldwell Banker

Jake Lipton, previously the owner of RE/MAX Premier Properties, will lead the team

Fourteen agents from Bear, Delaware-based RE/MAX Premier Properties joined the Wilmington, Delaware, office of Coldwell Banker Realty, based in Greater Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania.

The agents bring a combined $51 million sales volume in 2021. 

Jake Lipton, real estate broker and owner of RE/MAX Premier Properties, served the northern Delaware and southeast Pennsylvania countries for almost two decades. Through a statement, Lipton announced his decision to end operations with RE/MAX.

“The team will service New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania as well as parts of the Maryland shore,” Lipton said in the release.

The agents from Lipton’s team who will affiliate with the Delaware office of Coldwell Banker Realty are Rosaura (Rosie) Bernal Vasquez, Charis Furrowh, Shawnika Furrowh, Shawn Furrowh, Jason Golden, Anthony Harris, Eugene Lestardo III, Tania Peralta, Susana Saldivar, Joseph Santo, Daniel Stein, Cristina Tlaseca and Duvall Watson Jr.

The team will be led by Lipton.

“This team adds significant strength to our presence in Wilmington, Delaware, and the northern Delaware area,” said Corinne Heim, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty.

The company operates across 18 offices with nearly 1,800 affiliated agents. It is owned by a subsidiary of residential real estate services company Anywhere Real Estate Inc.

This week, Colorado Springs-based Luczak Real Estate team left Coldwell Banker to join Keller Williams.
