Home-price growth slowed further in July

Annual home-price growth continued to slow in July, with year-over-year price gains shrinking for the fourth consecutive month, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index , released Tuesday. Nationwide home prices posted a yearly gain of 15.8% in July, bringing the index to a reading of 307.45. In June , the index saw a year-over-year increase of 18.1%.
