Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy and Bay Ridge. They range in price from $1.649 million to $2.995 million.

In Clinton Hill, this 1870s Neo-Grec brownstone hasn’t been on the market in decades. While work is probably needed, the proportions are pretty grand and there are some impressive period details on view inside the 20-foot-wide house. These include elaborately carved marble mantels, moldings, a stair with newel post and a ceiling medallion. It is set up as a two-family with a triplex under a top-floor rental.

In Bed Stuy close to the Clinton Hill border is a similar Neo-Grec brownstone, though this one is 16 feet wide. The two-family is set up as a double duplex but could also be used as a triplex over a garden-floor rental. Its many original details include carved marble mantels, an overmantel and a pier mirror, plasterwork and wood floors. It last sold in 2014 for $1.55 million.

In Bay Ridge, a circa 1920s French Revival-style house has a hipped roof, rounded doorway, garage and driveway. The two-family is fully detached on a corner lot so gets light through windows on all four sides. While not much original detail appears to have survived, the house looks to be move-in ready with updated kitchens and bathrooms. The upper duplex has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and two terraces. The ground-floor unit is a one-bedroom, and it has a tenant until January 2023.
