In the Park Slope Historic District close to Prospect Park, a circa 1901 house of pale brick and limestone contrasts rectangular rows of windows and a prominent cornice with an arched window and door. The two-family is configured as a single-family, with a large kitchen on the garden floor, a parlor and dining room above, and two floors of bedrooms and bathrooms above. Features include stained glass, three carved wood mantels with original tile, center staircase, updated mechanicals and central air.
