Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Clinton Hill, Fiske Terrace and Park Slope. How did they fare?

A clean-lined one-bedroom in the World War II-era Clinton Hill Co-ops comes equipped with a gleaming white-and-black kitchen and a bathroom with fun vintage tile. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $650,000, which was $15,000 over ask.

This huge freestanding Edwardian with a turret in Fiske Terrace retains much of its stately glory even if it has been altered through the years. This former House of the Day is still available at $1.89 million, a price increase of $15,000.

In the Clinton Hill Historic District, this four-story brick 1860s Italianate needs a full gut renovation, according to listing. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $2.695 million, which was $70,000 over ask.

A large and grand 21-foot-wide, four-story Neo-Grec brownstone in the Park Slope Historic District has all the bells and whistles and a location close to Grand Army Plaza. This former House of the Day is still available for $3.495 million, a price cut of $355,000.
