This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. How did they fare?

First, this two-bedroom Crown Heights co-op has some prewar style, modern updates and a flexible floor plan. Located on the fourth floor, it may have been reconfigured just slightly, and could be so again to turn the second bedroom into a dining room. In any case, it has wood floors with parquet and inset borders, arched openings and French doors. This former Co-op of the Day is still available for $675,000, a price cut of $24,000.

In Clinton Hill, this compact brick house, one of a row of three, has all the hallmarks of the Anglo-Italianate style: Low stoop, narrow width, curving details and a winding center staircase. In the hands of the same family since at least the early 1970s, 68 St. James Place in the Clinton Hill Historic District appears to be largely unaltered, though in estate condition. Inside are wood floors, a carved white marble mantel and high ceilings. This former House of the Day entered contract in October.

Within the small Carroll Gardens Historic District, this 1880s Neo-Grec offers up the signature deep garden space of the neighborhood along with some original details, including marble mantels, stained glass and wood floors. A single-family, the brownstone is set up as a two-family with a garden apartment and a duplex above. It hasn’t changed hands since the 1980s but appears neat as a pin and has had some updates, including the addition of central air and a renovated kitchen. This former House of the Day sold in November for $3.190 million, which was $195,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in Park Slope, this turn-of-the-last-century row house has a terra-cotta tile roof with a dormer, a dog-leg stoop and a facade of pale yellow brick. Interior details include abundant woodwork, stained glass and wood mantels with tile. A single-family, it has five bedrooms and three bathrooms over four floors. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $4.25 million, which was $355,000 over the asking price.
