Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Bed Stuy, Marine Park and East Flatbush. They range in price from $2.15 million to $659,000.

In Bed Stuy’s Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, a grand corner Italianate built in the early 1870s has its original newel post and staircase, ceiling medallions, shutters, pocket doors and a marble mantels. The three-family is set up with two units, a top-floor rental and an owner’s garden triplex. The parlor floor has a kitchen, dining room and parlor with a projecting side bay. Outside, the purple painted wood oriel window contrasts with the facade’s red brick and white-painted trim.

On the same street in Bed Stuy but not in the historic district, a late 19th century brownstone has well preserved details, including the original stair, white-painted woodwork, striking carved wood mantels with colorful original tile and built-ins in the garden-floor kitchen. With a full bath on each floor, the two-family is configured as a duplex under a floor-through rental. While not every room is pictured, what is shown appears to be in move-in condition.

In Marine Park, a 1920s house with curb appeal and a garage needs work but has potential. The fully detached single-family has parquet and diagonal wood floors, side arched openings and the original stair. A sun room is open to the living room.

With original cupboards and a vintage sink-dishwasher combo, plus a breakfast nook, the kitchen could be a period charmer with some judicious updating. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. (A half bath is in the basement.)

The full bath appears to have original subway wall tile and porcelain hex floor tile, along with more recently added fixtures. A new owner might want to remove some dropped ceilings. The house last changed hands in the 1960s.

In East Flatbush, an early 20th century brick house has a garage and four bedrooms. The semi-detached single-family has a sun room open to the living room, formal dining room with original staircase, and a large kitchen with breakfast nook on the first floor. The bedrooms pictured are carpeted; the downstairs rooms have parquet with inlaid borders. A full bath is renovated, although not recently. There is a second bathroom in the basement, which also has a second kitchen.
