Embrace the fall without a hike outside the borough with a tour of the changing colors of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

The tour, which is free with garden admission, will take a stroll past golden ginkos, scarlet oaks, black tupelos, maples and more. Eager foliage enthusiasts can show up at the Magnolia Plaza on Saturday, November 5. The tour takes place from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and registration is not required. If stormy weather kicks up check out the website for any cancellation or postponement info.

If you are curious what else you might be missing there is also the “Seasonal Highlights Tour” offered through November 29. Also free with garden admission, it takes place from 1 to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
