Our picks for open houses to check out this weekend are found in Park Slope, Fort Greene, Bed Stuy and West Midwood. They range in price from $1.75 million to $3.2 million.

In Park Slope, a well-preserved brick row house combines elements of the Queen Anne and Neo-Grec style. Although the 16-foot-wide house is outside the historic district, its exterior is intact, with original ironwork, shiny black painted jigsaw double entry doors, stained glass and red brick set off by light stone trim incised with foliate motifs. Its impressive interior details include delicate decorative plaster decoration, fanciful door and window surrounds, and seven carved marble mantels. Technically a two-family converted from one, it is set up as a single-family with the kitchen in the rear of the parlor floor and updated wet rooms.

In Fort Greene, this brick townhouse is one of a modern row designed by Swanke Hayden Connell to blend with the 19th century neighborhood. Originally income restricted, the development was connected to the creation of nearby Atlantic Center and dates to 1995. The three-story three-family has one two-bedroom unit per floor. The first-floor apartment is duplexed with the cellar, which contains storage and laundry. The property also includes a parking space.

In Bed Stuy, a townhouse with an angular bay has a crisp brownstone facade and well maintained ironwork. The original two-family dates to 1895 and is set up as a top-floor rental over a duplex. Picture-frame molding, parquet with inlaid borders, woodwork with applied details, a stained glass skylight and wood paneling are some of the interior features. The kitchen in the duplex is freshly renovated and the cellar is finished. The brownstone last sold in 2015 for $1.11 million.

In the Flatbush micro-nabe of West Midwood, a fully detached early 20th century wood frame house has gables, bay windows, a porch and driveway. Likely renovated not long after it was built, the house has an original stair, stained glass windows and inlaid wood floors, along with a later brick fireplace, woodwork and wide arched doorways. The sprawling single-family has five bedrooms and 2.5 baths over three stories and a cellar. While it hasn’t changed hands since 1998, it appears to be in good condition, going by the photos. The kitchen and one bathroom pictured are recently renovated.
