In this week’s founder interview, we’re bringing you Dalip Jaggi from Revive.

Without further ado…

Who are you and what do you do?

Hey, I’m Dalip! I’m the co-founder of Revive Real Estate – a real estate solutions company that is focused on ways to help homeowners maximize the value of their home equity. This is really just a fancy way of saying, I like to help homeowners be smart in their real estate decisions so that they can build better futures for themselves and their families. That’s very important to me.

What problem does your product/service solve?

Revive was founded to help home sellers maximize the profit of their home through pre-sale home renovations. Since our inception, we’ve grown and built additional solutions to help sellers and buyers buy, live, and sell their homes in the smartest possible way. We never want to see homeowners lose out on hard-earned equity just because they don’t have the proper resources or knowledge to do it themselves.

What are you most excited about right now?

In this down market, I’m the most excited to help homeowners build home equity. I think what most people don’t know is that the average home was built 35 years ago, which means most homes in America have a lot of deferred maintenance and are used very differently today than they were 30+ years ago. By reworking kitchen spaces, formal living rooms, etc., there is a real opportunity to build home equity and build wealth for homeowners across America. And the best way to do this is through renovations. The renovation experience has received little to no updates over the years; Revive has changed this.

What’s next for you?

I’m excited about our future product roadmap because it takes our current program offerings and builds on them. It’s really going to allow homeowners to take advantage of their real estate options, no matter where they are in the process. Buyers, owners, and sellers will benefit greatly.

What’s a cause you’re passionate about and why?

I’m incredibly passionate about helping non-profits level up their marketing, so much so that I founded a non-profit called Forge54. We help non-profits who don’t have a lot of money to put into marketing spend, develop marketing materials that highlight their cause. Forge54 is made up of 100 local marketing professionals who donate their time and skills over the course of a non-stop 54-hour period. One weekend yields massive results. We had to pause it due to COVID but will be resuming in 2023.
