Flock Homes’ offers a retirement solution for landlords by seamlessly exchanging their home for shares in a diversified property portfolio. By leveraging a 721 Exchange, a mechanism historically used by institutional investors, Flock Homes’ provides property owners with a tax-deferred exit from a rental property. Property owners can then earn passive income from Flock’s portfolio while Flock manages the property and takes care of taxes, insurance, leasing, and maintenance. Investors can re-invest their distributions, get a payout, or both.
