The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a mews house in Cobble Hill, a brownstone in Park Slope, and a row house in Bay Ridge.

Cobble Hill and Park Slope were popular this week with other listings scattered around the borough. The least expensive property on the list is a Cobble Hill rental at $25,000 a month and the most expensive is a Gowanus carriage house at $7.4 million.
