Who are you and what do you do?

Summer is pioneering an innovative approach to vacation home ownership. We are the one-stop shop to source, diligence, finance, and manage a short-term rental property/vacation home.

What’s are you most excited about right now?

I am most excited for the year ahead – continuing to grow our presence in more markets and with more homes. We’re also excited about the launch of our data tool.

What’s next for you?

Looking ahead, we’re focused on accelerating technological development, with an emphasis on the advancement of Bingo, our proprietary acquisitions underwriting engine. This year, we are also continuing to invest in new market expansion to grow Summer’s pool of homeowners served.

What’s a cause you’re passionate about and why?

I’m passionate about figuring out an easier way for more people to experience running or owning a business, even temporarily. Being an entrepreneur pushes you in ways you didn’t think were possible, and there are often so many barriers to overcome when getting started. When you talk to anyone who has run a business, regardless of the outcome or whether they were successful or not, every one of them will talk about the extreme personal growth they experienced and how they’re better for the experience.
