Horse fanatics, wine aficionados, outdoor enthusiasts, and even beach lovers can all unite in their shared love for the latest multi-million dollar listing to drop on the market in Agoura Hills.

According to Christine Quinn of “Selling Sunset” fame, “millionaires have views and billionaires have compounds”. Luckily, 32099 Lobo Canyon, which sits on scenic 20 acres of gorgeous grounds between Malibu and Agoura Hills, serves up both — all for the fair price of $6.995 million.

Composed of six bedrooms and five baths on 7,400 square feet of intricately crafted interior, the mansion reflects the mood of a sunny Mediterranean day while still feeling homey with warm fireplaces and cozy wooden beams throughout.

With the help of the acting listing agent, Amber Reed of Compass Realty, we’ve sneaked a peek inside the lush and luxurious property.

Prime location

The compound’s unmatched location between Malibu and Agoura Hills offers the best of both worlds — Malibu’s pristine five-star beaches and LA’s trendy neighborhoods are equally a quick car ride away.

Despite its vicinity to vibrant LA, the Lobo Canyon estate easily maintains ultimate peace and privacy in an exclusive gated community tucked away among the rolling foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains.

Designed by a power duo

The estate’s current owner, Nicholas Jackson, collaborated with esteemed Malibu architect Robert Daniels to create the charming Spanish-style property.

“Robert Daniels and I have similar architectural taste drawn from Santa Barbara Spanish and Mission-style architecture, and after seeing the property, I invited him to turn the lot into what it is today: a one-of-a-kind authentic Spanish Hacienda,” stated Jackson.

“The compound has it all: a gorgeous home with hand-carved doors from Mexico, beautiful tiles on every step of a staircase, a second-story library, and a church bell on the roof. It also has a one-acre winery that used to produce chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon, and a stunning rock formation that adds to the uniqueness of the land.”

Intricate interiors

While the estate’s grounds are a natural masterpiece, its interior equally stuns with distinct character.

Elements like earth-toned hues, stately columns, soft arches, and eccentric tiling all add to the cozy appeal of the Mediterranean-reminiscent theme.

The lavish living room

In the main living space, grand floor-to-ceiling windows lend breathtaking sights of the (literal) million-dollar views beyond.

Still, the panorama is not the only thing to marvel at. Its soaring, wood-beamed ceilings lit up by the glow of the rustic fireplace create a soothing vibe that inspires relaxation and tranquility.

A winery with income potential

We’re convinced the most impressive and unique feature of the sophisticated abode is its family-owned winery, which manufactured wine from 1998-2018 but is still ripe with the possibility to produce more top-grade vino distinct to the Golden State.

With a home that has it all, what’s left to desire? That decision will be in the hands of the lucky buyer, who can choose from building additional guest homes to even more resort-style amenities like an equestrian facility or tennis courts.
