Coldwell Banker Realty Lake Forest Office Welcomes New Affiliates as Part of Its Residential Community Commercial Program
The first-of-its-kind program supports agents in commercial real estate transactions in addition to residential.
Coldwell Banker Realty in Greater Chicago welcomes three new affiliated agents to its Lake Forest office. John Josephitis and Bob Rubin and Shannon Sweetnam have joined as part of the Residential Community Commercial (RCC) program.

“Although there’s a focus on the current unprecedented demand in the residential real estate market, many of our clients are also rethinking how they use commercial space,” says Branch Vice President Elizabeth Sperry. “Given that we’re seeing a lot of momentum on both the residential and commercial sides, we wanted to ensure we had experienced agents that could support our clients in both areas.”
The RCC program is designed to assist agents who primarily focus on residential real estate conduct successful commercial transactions as well. Good candidates for the RCC program are agents who have developed relationships with owners/lessors and buyers/lessees of commercial properties.

John Josephitis is a long-time Lake Bluff resident and former Lake Bluff Village Trustee. He has a dual license in Illinois and Wisconsin and specializes in selling and leasing retail and office space in Lake, McHenry, DuPage, and Northern Cook Counties as well as Wadsworth and Milwaukee counties.
Bob Rubin and Shannon Sweetnam have combined 20+ years of experience in real estate with a strong knowledge of multifamily and mixed-use properties. They have deep knowledge of Chicago’s North Shore, the City of Chicago and Southern Cook and Will counties.
