Below ground, the cellar floors would hold bike storage, 14 parking spots, a gym and the hotel’s kitchen and laundry.

Another nine parking spaces are planned on the ground floor, bringing the project’s total to 23.

This property also presents a redevelopment opportunity for multi-level industrial warehousing, which is currently at a premium in Brooklyn.

The bid deadline is Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 5 p.m. This is an offering of real property for sale in “as-is, where-is” condition free and clear of any and all liens, claims and encumbrances. All-cash deals, non-contingent buyers only. Any sale will be subject to Bankruptcy Court approval.

Only those who qualify to bid in accordance with the bidding procedures will be permitted to participate in the auction sale.
