THE MADRONA GROUP VIDEO CAST | CROWN PARK DEVELOPMENT OF HARBOUR POINTE IN MUKILTEO, WA

Joe Kiser and Jason Fox of The Madrona Group real estate team and John L. Scott Ballard discuss the Crown Park development.

Crown Park is the newest development in the Harbour Pointe neighborhood inside the city of Mukilteo WAMukilteo is located within Snohomish County. Fun fact about Mukilteo is that it is the largest city in the state to only have 1 zip code.

Harbour Pointe is a sought after neighborhood for many reasons. The first of which is the close proximity to the Puget Sound and many of the homes have water views.

The schools in Harbour Pointe, Endeavor Elementary, Harbour Pointe Middle School and Kamiak High School all rank 9 or higher out of 10 on the Great Schools ratings.

Finally, Harbour Pointe was carefully designed around the Harbour Pointe Golf Club. Not only does the neighborhood boast one of the finest public golf courses in the state but the community was built around a loop. The loop is approximately 2 miles, has wide sidewalks on both sides and offers a scenic walking or jogging path.

Crown Park was built in 2006 and every road is named after a bird. It boasts a community playground and walking trail.  T.he average price for a home in the community at the time of this writing is $800,000

The last phase of the development was built by Murray Franklyn in 2010. The last 6 six houses were built on a cul-de-sac named Osprey Lane. Another name for an Osprey is a Sea Hawk, which is quite relevant here in the Pacific Northwest as our Professional football team is called the Seattle Seahawks.

What I love most about our newest listing at 4784 Osprey Lane is that the fully fenced backyard backs up to Discovery Crest park. That means that when you are looking out your Master Bedroom, kitchen and great room windows you are viewing a wooded park and not your neighbors.

The home is a 2 story former Model Home, which means it has all the extras. It is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 2,562 square foot home. But here is the super cool part, the home also has both a bonus room and an office. Either of which can be used as a 5th or 6th bedroom. In addition, there is a shower in the downstairs bathroom that is located next to the office. It can be used as a mother-in-law, a guest room or just a separated bedroom.

The home owners have added central A/C, they have recently painted the interior and installed wool Berber carpeting with extra plush padding. They installed a Flying Pig pet washing station in the laundry room to make keeping Fido clean a breeze. They also installed a 220 Volt plug to make charging your EV car simple. Super fast internet is very important to this seller and he had Ziply fiber optics installed.
