2013 during my bachelor party. Last fall must have flown by because I realize now that I missed my quarterly installment of this blog theme! Last month, we saw New Listings up over 2019, 2019, and 2020, but not 2021: It’s so hard to look at these graphs with all the 2020 data in there. 1994 jumping from a playground.

Is it weird that the “Top Five” blogs, that I have written, are being chosen by me ? In any event, I’ve been running this feature now for over a decade, but in its current form, with the top five blogs and the top five stories each being featured in their own post, I think we’re into our sixth or seventh iteration.

Last month, in my “Top Ten: Real Estate Stories of 2020,” I reckoned that the #2 story of the entire year was the condo market. So when I saw a mere 45 sales under $600,000 in 2020, and finished with a whopping 8,232 in 2013, my head just about exploded. .” That’s my prediction. A rough ride.
