I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever written more blogs in a single year about the offer process, multiple offers, or bully offers. It started in February when I tried to educate the buyer pool, many of whom were just starting their searches, about bully offers. February 22nd, 2021, I wrote: “Bully Bedlam!”
