In my review of Opendoor’s Q3 earnings , I talked at some length about this new 3P Platform and said: Under the rules today, Opendoor Exclusives — whether 1P or 3P — end up on Zillow’s second tab. Zillow cannot display those homes on the main tab. This is one of my favorite annual traditions around this time of year.
